Sometimes a wedding comes along that is simply a photographer’s dream! Kirsty and Lee’s glamorous marriage at Rossington Hall in Doncaster was one such event. Every little detail was shiny and grand and the bride’s dress was the most impressive I’ve ever seen.
The way Lee looked at Kirsty as she stood next to him at the ceremony, conveyed such emotion, that everyone was moved. It was a beautifully touching occasion that prompted a few tears.
Everyone gathered for drinks and canopés on the terrace and there was plenty of time for old friends to catch up while I took a few posed photos on the lawn. It was a bright day and warm enough to be pleasant outside.
We then took some bride and groom portraits inside the building before the meal. The venue room was every inch as opulent as the rest of the wedding with huge cherry blossom centrepieces.
After the speeches, the newlyweds and I took a walk outside to get some more couple shots in the stunning grounds.
The night ended with the cake cutting and a cool DJ set from the Lee. Without doubt, a beautiful marriage. Many congratulations to the happy couple. Wishing them well in their future together.
