Jo and Rob’s Wedding Photography at the Sheffield Botanical Gardens, and the Kenwood Hall Hotel

Here is a selection of photographs taken at the wedding of Jo and Rob. The happy couple were married at one of Sheffield’s nicest beauty spots – the Botanical Gardens – followed by a reception at the Kenwood Hall Hotel. Jo and Rob exchanged their vows at the main pavilion beneath the central dome of the glasshouse, surrounded by the beautiful exotic foliage. Following the ceremony we made our way to the bear pit which is known to have actually housed two bears until the 1870’s! It was in this location that I was able to capture some of the very first images of the newly married bride and groom. Finally we made our way to the Kenwood Hall Hotel for the wedding celebrations.

After the wedding breakfast the best men surprised Jo and Rob with their own version of a Bon Jovi video with family and friends taking part – very funny! As the light started to fade the wedding party released 40 sky lanterns into the night sky. Here are some of my favourite images from Jo and Rob’s special day.
