Some weddings are such a pleasure to photograph, Rachel and Rick's marriage was one such event.
The ceremony was elegant and brimming with romantic light in the spacious chapel. We took a number of group shots in the gardens afterwards, then there was just enough time for the couple to grab a celebratory glass of bubbly in the back of the car, before I whisked them off on a picturesque woodland walk around Roundhay Park. It was just luck for all involved that the sun shone through the falling leaves at just the right angle, the autumn colours were at their glorious peak and all elements of the day conspired to take place at exactly the right time!
The reception at The Leeds Club was a fun, friendly affair with lots of great speeches and a spectacular berry cake. A disco and a few photos outside the lit building took us into the night's proceedings. I think it's fair to say a very merry time was had by all. Three cheers for the happy couple!
