This is Alex & Fiona's winter Wedding which was held on a bitterly cold November day. Alex & Fiona were married at Waterton Park hotel in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Their wedding reception was held in the beautiful Georgian mansion, Walton Hall which is part of the hotel. When you have a winter wedding you expect it to be cold but this was one of the coldest have photographed. It had forecast snow but luckily we only a light snow shower in the afternoon. Fiona had mentioned to me earlier in the day that she wanted great wedding photographs and the weather wasn’t going to let it spoil her day , my type of bride!
