Derbyshire Pre-Wedding Photography, Padley Gorge - Sarah & Simone

Posted on 1st April 2011 by Mark Tierney

This is the pre-wedding shoot of Simone and Sarah who are due to be married this coming Saturday. The happy couple both live and work in Belgium but Sarah who is originally from Dore, chose home for the location for her big day.

This shoot took place on a windy spring day in the beautiful Padley Gorge which is a very special location for me being the very spot that I developed my passion for landscape photography. As you can see the couple are a little windswept but the weather did not spoil their fun or hide their intimacy!

Simone and Sarah’s wedding day will start with a marriage service at the church in Dore followed by a reception at the stunning Hassop Hall near Bakewell.  The historic Hall has some of the most spectacular gardens that are perfect for capturing a wedding day at it’s best, and no doubt Italian born Simone will feel particularly at home in the walled Italian garden!

I look forward to sharing their wedding day photographs on my blog at a later date.
