There was a bit of rain, but that didn't matter because the perfect wedding stage had already been set inside for Lara and Andrew at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield. With supporting cast in place, clutching their sunflowers, as well as a bridegroom determined not to let stage fright get the better of him, the first act began. Lara and Andrew's heart-warming ceremony prompted a joyful and emotional response from the audience, so much so that the couple received a standing ovation and a shower of confetti on the stairs.
Act two took place with a greatly reduced audience. This is because Lara, Andrew and I made our way over to the larger Lyceum Theatre next door after the marriage, to take a few couple shots. The bride and groom couldn't stop beaming at one another. They really make a good couple.
The final act was the wedding breakfast and this took place at the beautifully rustic dining room in the Chimney House. A great time was had by all, but the night was not over yet. There was still a reception / wrap party to attend and this took place at the Mercure Hotel. It was time for everybody to let their hair down and in the groom's case, it was a chance for him to ham it up on the dance floor! He couldn't help playing to the crowd!
There are a few additional highlights of the day that need a mention. These highlights were the cake table; which displayed an incredibly creative collection, the enthusiasm for the photo booth and the fact that the rain didn't stop us from taking some seriously glamorous pictures outside! It was a great day and I'd like to congratulate the newly-weds again on a fantastic job well done. All the very best for the future!

Make up wise, I did both my make up and the bridesmaids make up on the day. My Maid of Honour, Ellie, proved to be a bit of a sewing genius and made a lot of the decorations for me, including the bunting that was used at both the Chimney House and at the Mercure for the bake off table.
