Chris & Hannah’s Wedding Photography - Hemswell Court, Hemswell Cliff, Lincolnshire

Posted on 5th August 2010 by Mark Tierney

Here are a selection of photographs taken at the wedding of Hannah and Chris. Hannah and Chris were married at the beautiful Hemswell Court in Lincolnshire. Hemswell Court used to be the Officers Mess for the old RAF base. The building can be seen in the film ‘The Dam Busters’ which was mainly filmed at RAF Hemswell. Chris and Hannah’s were married on one of the hottest days of the year, certainly my hottest wedding! Hemswell Court has beautiful gardens for wedding photography but I always try and capture the surrounding countryside if the setting is in a rural location. Hannah and Chris were more than happy to venture into the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. After the wedding breakfast the best man showed the wedding party of a slide show of images on a large projector. The funniest image was of Chris on his stag night wearing a mankini - Borat style! To spare anymore embarrassment to Chris I won’t show you the image – you can see from his reaction how horrified he was!!! Here are some of my favourite images from Chris and Hannah’s special day.
