My Favourite Wedding Images of 2011 - Part 1

Posted on 4th January 2012 by Mark Tierney

It is that time of the year again where I take a look back over my previous years work. I photographed 29 weddings last year so it has been a hard task to whittle them down. Looking through this collection of my favourite images reminds me of how lucky I am and I cannot wait for 2012 wedding season to start. I already have 33 weddings booked in for this year and  a handful for 2013 also smile
When photographing weddings I love to document the day as it unfolds, capturing the emotion and occasional quirky moments of the day, and I really enjoy capturing creative portraits of the bride and groom too. Here is Part 1 and quite a few of my favourite wedding images from 2011 smile

You can view Part 2 of my favourite wedding images of 2011 here.

Oh my gosh these are fabulous. Very difficult to pick a favorite from there, but I think the one with the shadow reflection on the cute stone cottage is just soooo original. Got jaw ache from smiling!! grin
