Bamford Church & Chatsworth House Wedding Photography - Emma & Alex

Posted on 17th June 2013 by Mark Tierney

Here is Alex and Emma's military wedding in the beautiful Peak District. Both Alex and Emma are naval officers in the Royal Navy, so there was always going to be a military theme to their wedding - which is always great to photograph. Alex and Emma were married in the scenic village of Bamford not far from the Lady Bower reservoir. Alex being a proud Welshman, hired a male voice choir who travelled all the way from Wales! The wedding reception was held at Chatsworth House which was my first time working at this stunning venue. I have shot over 130 weddings now and I must say Alex & Emma's first dance was probably the best I ever seen! Here are some of my favourites from a very enjoyable day in Derbyshire.
