Michael Shiel:
Wonderful pictures from this young up and coming photographer. His pictures, always thought provoking have many moods, and cover the spectrum from the peaceful to the dramatic. My favourites are the landscapes, and I have commissioned A2 copies of Morning Glory and Clumber Park Avenue of Lime Trees, which printed on metallic paper look nothing less than spectacular. His land/seascape pictures of Bamburgh convey a feeling of isolation, with a wind that can almost be felt sweeping across the scene. The wedding photographs also show his versatility, with an ability to capture the essence of the occasion, and also display his talent for portraiture, which can also be seen in the beautiful picture of his daughter Holly. All in all excellent work and looking forward to future postings.
